It is no secret that students from underprivileged backgrounds often have fewer resources and support systems available to them when it comes to preparing for a career. We at SILCAL FOUNDATION effortlessly provide resources and advice on equal facility with privileged peers.

To assist these young people, we have launched a career guidance program for students of government schools. Our program aims to equip these students with credible information and resources to make informed decisions and to set them on the right path for a successful future.

We are also planning to expand the program to include other schools in the others cities by providing additional resources such as mentorship and job shadowing to help these students gain real-time exposure.
